Using condoms will not have an affect on the vulva. Using Aldara would be my first choice became of the immune modifying response. It is very expense so lack of insurance would be a major problem. Thank you for your response and advice for me. To answer your questions: I am trying to practice a healthy lifestyle.. I started taking vitamins, eating better, and getting more sleep. I am diagnosed with depression, so that has a huge affect on staying "stress free". But I am on anti-depressants and have been for a couple
of years.

I am still engaging in sex, but with the same partner I have been with for over a year. He has been tested, but has never had symptoms. I got my first wart (which I tried to ignore for a long time) about 4 months after my partner and I started having sex. He has NEVER had any symptoms since we have been together. I have only been with 3 men (including my current boyfriend). So, I don't know if he was already carrying the virus when we met, or if I got it from the man I was with one year before him.
