Thanks for share your experience with us. I wonder how you found out your lesions in your mouth and how you detected the anal cancer. What kind of symptom did you have? It would be great that we can learn how to detect them early.

It has been a while since I spoke with a representative from Aldara
but I was told that Cortisone should not be use during Aldara
treatments. 

Cortisone causes an interference with the action of Aldara.

As far as Neosporin goes we have mixed opinions.  Some dermatologists
say not to use a petroleum base product on the vulva during healing. 

Neosporin cream would be a better choice to the noesporin ointment 
the and the neosporin for pain would be a good choice.

Ok - so I can use aldara if I do become irritated? So far so good, last night was treatment #1 and I have had no real issues. I did put Vitamin E for skin on this morning? Is that good, bad, indifferent - I just don't want to be walking around with the itchy feeling all day - ya know? I am in all kinds of meetings and the last thing I want to be doing is wiggling in my chair - trying to keep from scratching.

Just got my perscription for Aldara in the mail...........I've read the nightmares that go with using Aldara.
